We are open and back to doing what we love best – weddings and events

Frequently Asked Questions

How many guests are you able to accommodate under the new executive order?

The new guidelines require that venues can operate at full capacity per fire code as long as tables are at least 6 feet apart. Our largest space, the Grand Overlook Ballroom typically accommodates between 500-900 guests depending on style of service. We are happy to assist you with detailed floor plans for your event.

I’m still not clear on how many people I can have at my event. Is it 50?

As long as there is enough space for guests to socially distance, you are not limited to 50 guests at a private Event.

What about masks?

Your guests will not have to wear masks if you do not want to require them although it is highly encouraged. All of our event staff and vendors will be required to wear them for their safety and the safety of your guests.

What are you doing as a venue to keep my guests safe?

WE have enhanced the process and frequency used to clean before and after each event, giving extra attention to high touch points such as chairs, hard surfaces, door handles, rails etc.

  • We will place portable hand sanitizing stations strategically around the spaces being used for your event
  • Bathrooms and high touch areas will be cleaned hourly during your event
  • We will only be using disposable glassware and straws unless your caterer provides glassware
  • Our event managers will be wearing masks, our bartenders will be wearing masks and gloves.
  • We will now have plexiglass stands in front of all bars
  • We will coordinate with your vendors to make sure they are following all current guidelines
